How it works: Biomaster silver ion technology is a natural antimicrobial that has been used for centuries to prevent the growth of bacteria in a wide range of applications. How it works:
AggreCoat surfaces can be monitored with a unique tracer unit to ensure that the ‘silver ion’ antimicrobial protection is still active.
To ensure that surfaces are fully protected against the formation of Bacteria colonies the AggreCoat remains fully and easily traceable for many years.
A surface coated with AggreCoat can be cleaned with all standard surface cleaning products.
The polymer surface is durable and has non-slip properties.
AggreCoat is cost effective, easy to apply, available in neutral or a range of colors, and is environmentally friendly.
Protocol for the dilution and application of AggreCoat to structural surfaces.
Check that the surface is structurally sound and thoroughly cleaned to remove any oil/grease/polish etc.
All damaged areas must then be repaired.
Surface sealing a typical application:
Dilute 1 part AggreCoat with 1 part clean water.
Apply this to the surface, with a brush or coarse head spraying equipment at a rate of +/- 0.33 ltrs per sq mtr and allow to dry.
(wash all equipment with water after completion).
For very porous absorbent surfaces a second application may be required.
